Two professionals reviewing charts during a workshop

Summit Workshops

Panels tell you how the industry works. Workshops put you to work. Every session is hands-on and capped at a small group, so you leave with something real: a résumé built for how sports organizations actually hire, a portfolio that proves what you can do, a pitch a brand would open, a live profile on the platforms where deals get made.

Workshop Breakdowns

Career Lab Workshop

Bring a draft or start from scratch. You'll leave with a résumé built for how sports organizations actually hire, not a generic template, and you'll practice the questions that come up in a real first-round interview.

Tool vs Toy: Career Edition

Bring a laptop or your phone. You'll build or fix the profiles hiring managers actually look at, set up the job platforms built for sports specifically, and find out which AI tools strengthen an application and which ones get it thrown out.

What Brands Actually Buy

Most athletes pitch what they want to be paid for. This session flips it: what a brand is actually buying, how they measure whether it worked, and how to build an ask around that. You'll leave with a one-page pitch you can send.

Tool vs Toy: NIL Edition

A hands-on run through the platforms athletes use to find deals, sign them, and stay compliant. You'll set up a real profile, send a real outreach message, and learn which tools earn their place and which are just noise.
